Cleveland Browns
I performed a brand analysis on the Cleveland Browns taking on the role of an external consultant and providing IMC recommendations for its brand. During this process I researched the brand's assets, offerings, history, marketing strategies and its competition. I then identified its weaknesses and strengths by conducting a SWOT analysis. Using IMC as a strategic framework, I was able to execute and evaluate the significance of the brand communications and marketing efforts for its targeted audience.
