Within this presentation I identified problems with the practice of IMC in regards to diversity and inclusivity using an established organization for an example. For my portfolio I decided I would include this artifact because it allowed me to identify the diversity and inclusion challenges within the entertainment industry, particularly in film award shows. The exemplar organization I chose was the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences.
