Writing A Recommendation

 An organization needing to know how to communicate effectively with its internal stakeholders could benefit from this recommendation greatly with it providing examples of the do’s and don’t of how a manager should approach their employees. For this recommendation I played the role of external communication adviser who gave advice to an organization in a positive manner. Upon writing this recommendation, I learned the different ways of dealing with problems in the workplace depending on its level.
