Staples Communication Audit
Communication Audits are completed by communications professionals in which within this presentation I was able to portray the role of an external leader. Having the ability to identify and recommend communication goals for an organization that lacks the ability to deliver information to its stakeholders enhances my skills in change adaptation and risk management. Staples Stores, LLC is the organization I chose to perform a communication audit per my manager's approval conducted at one of its retail stores in North Carolina.
Communication Audit Plan
The Communication Audit Plan is the breakdown approach I used to effectively analyze Staples internal and external communication practices. To ensure that I accurately evaluated Staples organizational communication, this audit plan was created as a guideline to measure effectiveness, inclusiveness and consistency.
